02Products & Services
We deal in batteries, inverters, UPS systems, auto electrical parts, installation, testing and related services for two-wheelers, four-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and residential or commercial power backup. Product availability, specifications and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
Images and descriptions on our website are for general reference; the actual product supplied will be the genuine, brand-authorised item discussed at the time of purchase.
03Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of billing at our shop. Payment is due at the time of purchase or service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
04Warranty
Warranty on batteries, inverters and other products is provided directly by the respective manufacturer (such as Exide, Amaron or Luminous) as per their published warranty policy. We assist with warranty registration and claims, but the terms of warranty coverage are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, incorrect installation by a third party, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
05Old Battery Exchange
Exchange value on old batteries is determined at the time of purchase based on the condition, brand and market rate of the old unit, at our sole discretion. Exchange offers are not applicable on all products and may be withdrawn at any time.
06Installation & Service
Our team performs installation and fitting services using standard industry practices. While we take due care, we are not liable for pre-existing faults in a customer's vehicle or electrical system that are discovered or aggravated during installation.
07Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gurukrupa Powertech Solution Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services, beyond the value of the product or service purchased.
08Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhuj, Kachchh, Gujarat.
09Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
